Certificates are sent on the day that the materials leave our warehouse, or in advance at your request. After consultation, certificates can also be retrieved from the cloud using Sharepoint.

Before we ship your order, we send you a preannouncement so that you know precisely when you can expect your materials to arrive.

If your order is to be shipped overseas, we take care of all transport documents, for example the certificate of origin, bill of lading, export compliance documents and any necessary legalizations.
